ANNEXED TERRITORY

All territory that may be annexed to the City of Cedar Rapids after adoption of this Ordinance shall be assigned a zone district classification within ninety (90) days after annexation. Property that is currently developed shall be assigned a zone district classification that best fits the use, density and dimensional standards of the property. Property that is not currently developed shall be assigned the Agriculture classification.
